G4S is the world’s leading global, integrated security company specializing in the delivery of security and related services to both public and private entities.
One of their main service is offering electronic security solutions for both professional and home usage was only launched in Hungary a couple of years ago.This sector is filled with some great and more established competitors, to which market G4S is trying to challenge and break into.
Tendencies show that customers gain information through online channels when inquiring about these services, so G4S needed to refresh and upgrade their existing website, in order to meet SEO/SEM conditions, to be more customer friendly in navigation and interaction possibilities. At the same time the new CI had to be implemented as well and the whole structure and layout needed to be attractive and informative enough for visitors – in order to generate sales inquiries/conversions. Our challenge was to re-structure the website and manage to show/highlight all the different and diverse service offers from G4S, to the different target groups.
We advised to clearly differentiate between business and home target group / customers and help their inquiry process via clearer, attractive and structured information panels.
The website menu bar was completely re-worked, a service intro section was introduced on the front page, where lead text helps visitors to navigate on the site in order to find the best service offer.
The website launch was supported with promotional offers.
